Click on https://eliorhelp.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new and Fill the required details


  • Enter Your Email ID (If not pre-filled).
  • Enter the Subject line for your issue.
  • Select Category of the this issue.
  • Select for which group you need to assign this ticket.
  • If any detail available, please enter in description.
  • If you have any attachment to support your issue, you can upload here.
  • Tick on "I am not a robot" and select images based on query asked.
  • Press Submit button.


Note: You can check your ticket status by clicking on “check ticket status“ tab, alternatively you will be notified via Email as well.
